Why doesn't the wire frame fit?

Are there some bolts sheared off in the Corbin seat pan?

Don't know Greg, it appears that those rubber buttons are riveted to the base and although the line up, they don't seem to be removable.

I think its as said a R100 or GSA (probably the former) pan.
