HI there

This is the first weekend i have had out on the bike since its purchase having come from a sports bike i am wondering if all the rattles ETC are normal.

Is there a fellow tosser in or around the Basingstoke area with a 1150GS who i could nip over and see to compare rattles or you could come to me and i will even throw in tea and biscuits.

I just want to see what normal sounds like should only take a couple of mins

Cant "lend an ear" so to speak but, a couple of questions...
What oil is in the bike?.Using 20/50 quietens them down a fair bit.
Is it rattly on start-up,then quietens down?.A later cam-chain tensioner may be needed.
When were valve clearances/end float checked?.
