I may be a little late myself - I didn't manage to get out of attending the sister-in-law's birthday BBQ - so I'll be heading back from Exeter.

Yep, we meet 3rd Weds of every month. This was our 2nd month at the Lands End pub and it looks like we'll be meeting there until further notice.
Hope to see you next month then (21st Sept) - I usually post up a reminder several days before the meeting.

From Twyford, I guess you'll be coming through the ford then ?. From that direction current best practise (*) is to enter the ford around 20mph and 3/4 of the way across give it a big handfull
