I've eaten at the Pangbourne one, but parking is easier at the Spencers Wood place. Food seemed good to me, and not too expensive, menu is on the website for more information.

Ah. I'll have to give it a miss this time guys. I'd be coming straight from work (Maidenhead) so was hoping for an earlier time - 19:30 means I'd either have to stay in the office until 19:00 or go home for 45 minutes, then drive right past the office again.

Is this a regular event? If so then next time I'll prepare by starting late and will come straight from work, but today I've been here since 07:00 already ...

Grub wasn't as good as last time, don't think I'll be hurrying back there. Shame, the Pangbourne one was good. And I think the group I was then with were much less well behaved than we were.

Bah, doubly sorry I missed it now!

Happy to recommend the Ancient Raj in Staines as an alternative venue if ever you need one, we eat there (or get a delivery) about twice a week on average and haven't had a meal that was less than brilliant in about 12 years.
