Reading OXYGEN / LAMBDA sensor data via 1150GS diagnostic plug

Is there any way to read 4 wires oxygen / lambda sensor output from diagnostic plug using voltmeter?

No. You need a scope.

you can look at the lambda readings in a graph format using a gs911.

Read it straight off the sensor with a meter. It only cycles at around once per second or slightly less so easy to check.

Best to use a scope and check for a good sine wave signal.
