rear brake cylinder - r1150gs

the rear brake fluid cylinder leaks fluid - i keep finding the stuff all over the cylinder itself and over the near-by framework.

the cylinder was empty when i bought the bike (not a good sign as the bike had supposedly just had a 6000 mile service when i bought it), so i filled up with Dot 4 to half way between the min - max indicators - and it leaks.

anybody else had this?

Hi Prone,
Did you buy the bike from a dealer if so get it round to him asap, if private sale try bleeding nipple is tight also all hoses and filler cap tight also. Clean brake Fluid from what ever part it has touched that stuff will eat your paint work. get the bike seen to asap .
