Rear Brake - Pedal Feedback

Hi Folks,
I had just had the my rear pads changed a few days ago. Since then the loading and pedal feel that i had is now gone. Brake works fine just no feel in the pedal. Anyone got any ideas?

When I changed my rear pads for EBC's they were as fierce as fook for about 150 miles than it all went back to normal feel
