After a quick spin on the bike on monday it was very apparant that the rear brake pedal was set very high, is there any adjustment or have I fekked up and not put something back right?

I'm not with the bike at the moment to look, but i'd like to be able to take a look tomorrow.

Shep, there is a 6mm bolt that presses down on the rear switch..adjust that accordingly and have the brake pedal set about 1" before it activates ( a little more if off road ).
Nice bike btw :thumb2

Cheers Kenny

There's nothing like that there at the moment, i'll have to take a look in the box of bits and bobs left over:blast:D

when you have adjusted the pedal height for goodness sake adjust the actuating arm on the hub so that it points straight down with the bike at rest..

otherwise

you will never hear the bloody end of it from a certain "PROFF" :blast

The screw was totally missing:blast

Ah well at least I can blame my age:rob

Fitted the new oilcooler last night and it hits the new front guard so a new set of holes had to be drilled to move the guard 10mm forward, that means I have 4 x 5.5mm holes spare if anybody wants them, just cover the cost of postage:thumb2

New battery arrived yesterday, a oddessy, it was leaking in its box, gave the suppliers a ring and they suggested I buy another:nenau Ridiculus!!! In the end after some discussions we agreed that another would be sent FOC and that's just arrived an hour ago, so apart from fitting the battery, bleeding the front brake and fixing the sidelight it's all done & ready for the MOT tomorrow hopefully

Are you prepared to separate those holes ? I could do with half a one, how deep are they ?
