I'll be in at Rainbow tomorrow to register a complaint ... I've just cleaned my 'bike today and look at the state of my rear axle end piece ... crap quality, must be

I've only had the bike three years, done 54,500 miles, run through two full English winters with loads of salt on the roads ... and look at the state of that back axle

My 'bike is probably the third most expensive thing I ever buy after the house and camper van and I can't understand anyone spending sooo much money on something to not look after it

No more, no less than anyone else I'm afraid Bernard ... it's just down to prioritising I guess ... my house want's a good sorting, the windows need cleaning, but the bike comes first

If being blunt is a crime then I plead guilty as charged. A picture of what looked like a poorly maintained brake caliper was posted and comments requested.
If you didn't like the answer then tough !
You've sorted your bike -great. Double great if you did it yourself.
Note to self - don't let it get that bad again - end of problem!
