Bastard. I had doubts that I'd be able to open it, but tried anyway...




So...

Replace the OE holder nut and nipple with these?

Why isn't brake fluid leaking/flowing out of the stub of the bleed nipple? It's basically a tube, no?

Yeah but the bottom of the nipple is still seated. Replace the nipple and the holder with stainless from Motorworks. No need for fancy one way nipples on a bike. Bit of Coppaslip on the threads might be an idea. https://www.motorworks.co.uk/vlive/Shop/Parts.php?T=6&Q=SSA00475

Buy some brake cleaner and clean the caliper properly before starting work.

Coppaslip or Optimal TA plus I always wrap PTFE tape around the thread - it doesn't affect the sealing properties and stops it seizing.

(Good luck with getting the stuck end out - been there . . . .).

I did the same as you and replaced the entire holder with the Stablbus option.
