Has anyone replaced the OEM rear disc on an X Challenge with anything else? I see EBC do one but its still over £100 - was hoping to pay somewhat less if possible!?
I have now replaced both of mine with EBC which work well. You can get Armstrong discs on ebay but at your own risk. I had a front disc from them which was warped when it arrived.

check the index thread. I'm sure I gave the code for the correct EBC disc there. I also mentioned that the excel spreadsheet you download from ebc gives the correct part number but the online ordering system has the incorrect code. Looks like they still haven't sorted it.
here you go, page 3 of the thread.
ebc disc MD810C
ordered from brakes4u.co.uk
When ordering discs it pays to check that the part number is not also listed as fitting the old f650gs
Hi, I ended up with the bike on the ramp in bits ready to fit the disc that didn't fit.......but with an OEM disc on a nearby shelf , no decision really cos I was peed off by then so went with OEM.
