Rear Flange recall?

Apparently I have the second letter waiting for when I get home and will be done at Bahnstormers at Alton.

Jeffries sorted mine out today, didn't ask for a demo on the basis that it would only piss me off. I'm on a 2005 and if the bikes haven't improved massively during the intervening period it would be a pretty poor show....

Had mine replaced @ Bahnstormers, Maidenhead today. Turns out that my original was perfectly fine, but as per the recall campaign was replaced.

As for needing the 2nd letter.....mine hasn't arrived yet but Bahnstormers still completed the work......

I did have full use of their 2015 GSA 1200 for the day & have to say....it was bloody marvellous and did enjoy the 100+ miles tha I did on it, courtesy of my rideout guide, senor Nutty.....

My local dealer say they can't do this recall on my 09 GSA as they haven't received any parts from BMW yet, they are still dealing with recalls for the 07 bikes. They expect it to be another couple of months before they have the parts in.

mine was done wednesday @barry robinsons YORK no problems
was so hard not to take a XR out and even harder when i was then offered a 1000RR
i miss sports bikes Sooooooo much
