rear pads..what if ?

bike is an 1150Gs 'adventure', 2003 model with servo abs.

what if i were to use non-servo pads (not sintered, i believe) instead of servo (sintered) pads in the rear brake.

i assume they may wear out quicker but would like to know more.

Recommended pads wear out quickly enough (7 - 10k).
Why would you want to fit something you have to replace more often?

Possibly to wear the pads more, & the disc less?

the reason i will fit them is because it's all i could acquire, travelling around the world you have to use what you can get....no friendly dealer around the corner for me mateys.
