Does anyone know where I can fine the rear shock lengths for the 1150 range, like the GS,ADV,R abd RT.

I can find plenty of different stuff on them, but not the lengths.

Whaddya need for?

1150 supposed to be the same as 1100 (minus different bottom mount design) but 1150 ADV is deffo longer.

I don't think the manufactures specify the shock lenghts, only wheel travels.

Also I know there's some play room between different 3rd party shock manufactures in lenght - ie. lowered shocks or ie. Hyperpro makes couple of millimeters longer than stock and also longer travel.

So I guess the best is to take 'em off and measure them on the spot. :nenau

I have a new standard adv shock which I can measure between centres if that helps.

Hyperpro for R850/1100/1150GS

Measured the Hyperpro for R1100GS from mounting points center of the bolt hole to another (the moving points where subframe attaches to swingarm) in the extended position.

Más o menos: 363mm (+/-2 mm)

In the max collapsed position it's hard to measure since there's this bumper-rubber that takes the "bottom-out" shock and I don't have long enough pressure tools to properly compress it with force.

Also I didn't have the spring attached on the shock thus with the spring it the above lenght spec can be a little longer since in the inside of the shock there's similar small spring for the "rebound landing" that's not fully used w/o the shock's main spring.

Pretty sure this 380mm looks to be the overall lenght over the both ends, not from the mounting points(?) :nenau
