Rear Shock

Will the rear shock off a 1150 GS Adventurer fit on the standard 1150 GS. I guess it will but will the extra 20mm of length cause any problmes regarding handling or anything else?:

It will make it lean waaaaya over when on the side stand, and you may have trouble getting it on and off the centre stand.

The stands on the ADV are longer.

Agree with you Steptoe, mine leans more and the centre stand does not lift the front/rear wheel off the ground. (bloody need a spacer under the stand to remove the wheel)

anyone got a GSA main stand for me if it fits a GS

Cheers for the answer. Guess that's not really a route to down. A lot of the Adventure ones are appearing on Fleabay.
