I'm renewing the shock this week with another BMW one, Any tips or things not to do, tried a search and could'nt find much, any help appreciated.
Oh yeah it's a 1150 02.

(and before some one says it, I've got a manual but it's in Berkshire and I'm in Belfast)

I presume the "new" BWM shock is from a GS and that you have all the tools to do the change?.
Its a simple job to do,obvious to a blind man really.
One thing though. After you remove the rear wheel, support the paralever arm with a car jack before you remove the shock bolts.:thumb2
