:(I was riding off road when I cut the tube going from the shock to the adjusting thing, after that I notice that my TKC is making a holle into the plastic hubb. Can I replace the hose or am I out of luck in this one.

Thanks for the help

Take it to a suspension specialist and they can repair it.

Alternativly you can do this yourself. Get a braided hose of sufficent length and replace at the fittings. Might be hard to bleed if you've not got experiance of it though.

Bogger it, replied to this once and a big electrical storm overhead chopped it I guess, anyway.

The adjuster pot is just that a screw down hydraulic with a piston, take the hose off and get a braided made up... (noting its position to save time later...

Set the pot to min preload and take a screwdriver and push the piston up thru hole in bottom left by the hose bolt.

Fill pot with mineral oil I use any sort, reconnect hose using new copper washers at the shock.

Hold pot as high point, adjust the preload a couple of times to get bubbles to top leave for an hour or so.

Disconnect pot, push up piston at min preload refill with oil and reconnect with new copper washers :beerjug:
