Define reasonable price?
Hotel d l'Univers is currently £68 per room. City centre with parking https://maps.app.goo.gl/zVcmN1EZvft6d1ZH7
It's cheaper than the chain B&B Centre Hotel which does not have parking (was red Ibis)
The cheapest options are on the D60 ring road where you will find a Premier Classe for £35 and ACE for £50, with options in between from Kyriad and Campanile.

Personally, I would choose l'Univers. The central location with decent parking means your 10 people can have a wider choice for beer and food and separate into smaller groups if some want the 30 euro menu with wine and others are happy with a French Taco and can of beer in the Place des Héros

It really would help if:

A. You let UKGSer know if you want five rooms with twin beds or 10 single rooms.

B. Approximate price per head per night, you though reasonable.

C. Whether the accommodation needs to be in Arras itself.

D. You’d tell us if you’d looked at but rejected any or all of these three:

Thank you.

As Wapping suggests, a bit more detail would help? How long have you got?

I'm sure you would wish to observe the Last Post ceremony at the Menin Gate? I always made that the last event of the trip when I organised battlefield tours.

Base yourself in Ypres. Even better, book your party into Toc H in Poperinge. The atmosphere just can't be equalled.

Do the northern sector around Ypres on the first day. Then the Somme and Arras on the second and third days. (They can be squeezed into one day if you have to.) The distance/time from Ypres is not that great as to be a problem. Drop into Vimy on the way back from the Somme or on your way to Arras.

The final day can be a bit more leisurely focussing on Paaschendael and the German "Michael" attacks in early 1918.

You could easily spend weeks on the western front and still not do it justice. I found the above to be about right as an overview.

Get taxi/s to Ypres from Pop and back for the Last Post and you can have a meal and a few beers.

I prefer nice rooms and good parking so sometimes have to pay a premium , I have friends who are not so lucky to have disposable income , so are always up against either coming or not because of there budget ,so trying to find something that suits all
Thanks

And £60 to £80 per room per night is manageable for them

are you looking at the Ibis Styles or the other one with red branding that used to be in the centre of Arras, now a B&B branded hotel? The latter will show up on websites and Fb groups as recommendations as many might not be aware of the brand change. The B&B has no parking. We parked opposite on the pavement when we used it as an Ibis. That was some years ago and not always possible now as they seem to be putting barriers or planters to prevent this in many places.

As I mentioned above, Hotel Univers has the best parking option and for a random date, is in your budget.

if you want to book today then contact places directly. Few places will release rooms this early to the booking sites. Probably March or April for many hotels for Sept 2026 but they will take a direct booking.

Most are pretty good with email enquiries. You will also be able to ensure they have adequate twin rooms. Booking twins online is a bit hit and miss. Fortunately, my regular touring group are either couples or singletons wanting their own room. We used to be 10 or 11 people at one time but down to 5 at most now so less cat herding and no vegetarians!
