This year's 24 Heures du Mans looks like being a corker.

Problem is that I can't leave until about 23.00hrs on Friday (21st) evening, so need to plan a 'raid' route to Le Mans.

Fact me ......

Greg if you're in a hurry, there is only one way. The A28 towards Boulogne, Abbeville, Rouen, then Le Mans. Takes about 4 and a half hours, according to me mate who's done it a few times. Motorway all the way, but at least you'd make the race in plenty time. Might see ye there :D

Superslab all the way.

Alternative is train (TGV) via Paris or fly.

Mrs Miggins awaits your arrival, tres humide.

Just a thought but why don't you do a round trip one way on the tunnel and one way high speed ferry Cherbourg - Portsmouth?

Should cost no more than £100.00 combined, gives you a chance to enjoy some Brittany/Normandy twisties and saves retracing your steps on the Autoroute :thumb
