Recommend me a screen please

Now having had the issue resolved (I hope) in my previous thread, I’m looking to upgrade my screen.

The WC GS Screen is a bit pants. The old screen on my old 08 GSA was just about right tbh.
I have the Cymarc supports on order.

I read with interest the review on the Puig screen with interest.. but worry with me at just over 6 foot, the screen may be too big.

I’ve looked at eblag and seen some reasonable ones there which are apparently 110mm taller than standard, which is a nice size less than the Puig.
Sadly these are from China.

What has anybody tried and liked… or tried and hated?
Any recommendations?

At 5' 11" ½ I thought a Puig would be too tall, but I can see over it with ease - it gives me the visor up protection I wanted

Both of these are Puig.

Get one of these add on extensions. Works perfectly well and at £20 delivered has been a bargain. Originally had this on my 2104 GSA and just put it on my new toy

+1 for the Puig touring screen. Big improvement on the standard screen and allows visor up at motorway speeds. I’m 5’11.

Got the Puig Touring on a lower setting which I can easily see over. The Chinese ones are Puig copies. I’d just buy the Puig again. Think £130.

Could not get on with the MRA Vario I fitted to my R1250GS, bought and fitted an OEM GSA screen (from eBay) and Wunderlich winglets and find it perfect now having fitted the Cymarc screen supports. Did try an MRA deflector on top of the screen but didn't make much difference for me (5' 10").

What's clear is that what works for one may not for another. I've had MRA and Puig in the past on other machines to good effect, but on my GS, the MRA at least didn't do it for me.

I've ended up the same as Hawkeye but with the mra deflector and is spot on for me. I'm 5'10ish. In summer i use a tiny sports screen.

Puig Touring with factory fitted airfoil. Infinite adjustability with the bike adjustment and the airfoil together. Highly recommended.
