Struggling a bit with this. Want to fit some spotlights (nice cheapo Ring jobbies from Halfrauds) but am at a loss for a switch which is compact, waterproof and doesn't look silly.

I wend through that whole debate a few months back on the ADV.
Was going to go for the Autoswitch as the cleanest solution, but decided against any switch.
I just wired the relay to the headlight so they're always running as I don't see any reason I'd need or want to turn them off on the fly.

If I need them off due to a low battery etc, I'll just do that indicator reset trick at startup to turn all the lights off.

I have bought from these people I bought a combination switch but they do a nice looking switch for auxillary lights and doesn't look amiss against BMW switch gear.

It's for a ktm 950 :blush so an autoswitch wont work I'm afraid. Ideally it will bolt onto the bars somehow.

Have a look at this thread. I ordered one, it came within a week and cost (without looking at my credit card bill) £16 inc postage. :thumb

I got an ordinary one and fitted it under the lip on the top of the dash between the clocks with some Super Velcro stuff. It's never got wet there, even in the hissing rain.

Excellent - I'll go for the Peakmoto one. Thanks chaps as always.

I bought a set of these Ring spotlamps from Halfrauds and found they were shyte.
Now purchased Hella FF50 Driving lamps - far superior!

False economy IMHO.

Wiring on the Peakmoto switch?

Can anyone who has fitted the Peakmoto switch confirm the wirng technique they used?

While it comes with connections for a wiring loom and to a headlight I just want a connection to switch via a relay.

Is it the blue and yellow wires that complete the circuit?
