Use a website such as booking.com and you can click parking, I go with the out of sight approach, tho I do stick a Oxford omega disk lock on the front wheel which may act as a minor deterrent and make it harder to move.

I used booking. Com and they advertised secure parking but it wasn't secure enough.
My disc lock cost 60 quid and was left in a v shape... As my learned friend said, pros
