Red Seat

The red (or orange depending on your eye sight) seat on my Urban G/S has become quite stained at the back; I think from the underside of my kriega bags, it’s a sort of black shaded discolouration. Tried everything to shift it. Any ideas?

if you have a marine chandlery nearby try there, for some reason boat manufacturers seem to think it is a good idea to make boat seats in white vinyl.

Plenty of cleaners and some recommend using a small nylon bristle nailbrush to help move the crap.

Alternatively look at cleaners for car vinyl roofs and seats

If all else fails, a gentle rub with superfine [GREY] scotchbrite pad used for car body works to get surface stains off vinyl,
i have used it on a few occasions ,a little soap to stop it dragging helps, the finish is slightly matt,

Try baking soda with a little bit of water mixed to a paste, and apply with a sponge.
