With effect from 0001hrs on Friday 5 December 2014 legislation will be enacted to reduce the drink drive limit in Scotland. The new limits will be as follows:
• Breath – 22 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath;
• Blood – 50 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood; and
• Urine – 67 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine.

Will this change anything? NO. You only have to watch any of these police programmes to see that knobs who are banned from driving, STILL DRIVE.
