Refurbing 1100 cylinder head cover and engine front plate

Can anyone give me any info about refurbing a tatty cylinder head cover and engine cover of a 93 r1100 RSthanks in advance

Take them off if the original finish get them vapour blasted wipe with prep wipe and spray with high temp paint. I used the stove spray paint from Aldi recently to refresh mine. Cure heads in oven or clean grease free b bar Q as per spray paint recommend time.

Photo's can be deceptive, a check with the Mark 1 eyeball is always a good idea !!
