Has anyone had any problems with the remote key fob ?

I've been away for a few days on the bike and the key fob needed re configuring to the bike before I left. Then after a couple of days it stopped working again. It's not the battery as I've replaced it with a new one.

There are two batteries within the DWA system under your seat that may need to be changed, usually depending on model there is a DWA warning on startup.

Yes I have had problems. I have three key fobs (the dealer lost the original one and then found it...) and I find that unless I use them all regularly, they become unsynchronised. The procedure in the manual for re-syncing them doesn't seem to. Work and for me requires a dealer revisit to get them working again - a real pain....

Can anyone show me where these batteries are located ? I've looked under both seats and cannot for the life of me see any where there may be batteries.
