Remove power commander ?

Guys,
Just bought a 2010 twincam and its got a power commander and GPR carbon exhaust - not sure whether the PC is matched to the exhaust, but planning to put it all back to standard.
To remove the Power Commander, it just looks like a matter of un-plugging and reconnecting the original plugs to the injectors. Is this right or am I likely to cause other problems ?

You can just unplug it and the OEM ECU will run its standard mapping. One point of note though is that the bike may run lean due to the race system.

If it was me, I'd be booking it in for some dyno time or even better, remove the PC and get the bike to hilltop for an OEM ECU remap.
