Removing ESA rear shock from K1300GT

My rear shock needs rebuilding and I am going to attempt to remove it myself to send it to Firefox Racing for rebuild.

Has anybody done this or even better do you have the workshop manual? If you have the manual would you be able to send me the appropriate pages attached to an email? That would be great.

Have you looked over on I-bmw.com or eurokclub.com to see if there is any info on there on how to remove the shock?
