removing remus baffle..

having just fitted the Remus revolution plus Y piece, i am just checking on the baffle removal. I presume the single alumium rivet (on very end) is drilled out and replaced with a bolt. Is this correct?

thanks for the tip. It test ran really well, no pops and bangs yet.
You wouldn't actually believe how busy we have been since sunday when you came here. Half the building is demolished!

Baffle

I also recently fitted the revolution following thoughts on the threads. Very pleased with it, I rode it with the baffle in, then removed same. It sounded toooooo noisey and lost some some of the character. I put the baffle back in !!!

I have a good mate who i call 'fixit' and he has a rivit gun. Easy then !!
