You should be able to simply grip the top of them and lift them out, I've done a few recently and they come out with ease?
The videos on the link provided above show this, t is easy once you ahve watched it, but as mentioned, remember there is a small spring at the bottom of each one, and the end one is different from the others.

Grip the tip of tumbler with small pliers, they normally fall out & springs disappear, if unsure trial & error will persevere or get a mate who’s done a few to assist..





If in doubt do the strip down in a large clear plastic bag on a table or bench top, if the springs do come out they cannot disappear
