Remus end can

I've just added a Remus Revolution end can and Y piece to my 53 GS1150, has anyone any experience of running these with the baffle removed, is it excessively noisy? I notice the baffles riveted in but the kit came with a small screw - is the baffle tapped?

well

on my old 1100 it didn't make that much difference to be honest, perhaps a slightly deeper note with the baffle out. The baffle will pull out, with a bit of a good pull deoending on how its been in, once you drill out the rivet. The screw will then hold the baffle back in place as it replaces the rivet.

In short the noise will be slightly more but not excessively so and the baffle is a friction fit once the rivets out.
