Wondering if anybody may be able to help, I have a gs 1100 with out a cat as standard. I have fitted a remus rev without baffle will the fueling etc be ok

regards dave

General wisdom is that it'll run a bit lean. To be sure, get it dyno'd and/or fit an aftermarket chip such as a bbpower or a teclusion box.

My 1100 was running with a Remus Race can, front silencer (replacing the 'collector' box) and a bbpower chip set on the recommended program and the plugs showed a tendancy towards lean/hot - went like stink though!

I've since fitted the std exhaust for neighbour relations & hearing comfort reasons and with the chip switched to standard settings it seems a bit on the rich side - still goes like stink - just nobody notices!

If I could fit a baffle to the race can I'd be tempted to fit it again just for the sound!

Measure the CO, and adjust it with the "pot" .

if you haven't got one fitted, buy a second hand one, plug it in and adjust it to te correct richness .
