Remus exhaust question

Hi everyone,

I am new to the whole Gs scene only recently getting my hands on one and wanted to change the exhaust for something with a bit more grunt to it.

Was thinking of going down the remus path but was curious if you need to change out the entire exhaust system or can you change out the muffler?

IMPO if your after more grunt then fit a set of Remus headers and ditch the bikes restrictive cat even with the stock can, fitting an end can gives an improvement in sound quality but a marginal improvement in performance.

Hi Richard,
You can either have a full Remus system, Remus can and oe headers or some people have the oe can and Remus headers. The oe can & Remus headers are said to improve the bike more than just the can as the oe can isn`t as restrictive as some.
I`ve just got the Remus can on my 12

Very personal choice really, would not like to recommend a specific can but do a search and see what you find, I've tried a few myself
