PS Who's doing a full system for the WC. Getting rid of the Cat is what it should be all about.
I think the Akro suits the bike more!
I would also go by the sound but Akro would probably be my choice, quality speaks

The Akro cost me £599 from the dealers (dealer matched price of £699 and BMW customer services sent me £100 loyalty voucher for being a whinging cnunt) .
Akro sounds very nice not as loud as the Remus but its twice as heavy.
Fitting pc5 this wk and I've got some headers on route.

I would go for Akropovich but I wouldent buy a standard made to meshure i would get a seconhand one of ebay for a April mile for around a 100 pound and any enginiering shop will macke it fit for auond 30 pound cash !! mine cost me nothing because I got 2 for a ton and sold the damaged one on after cuting it down for the same money I got the 2 of them for

Just fitted the Remus de cat and Akra end can , not had chance toi ride it yet but will let you know the findings .
On running the bike up it sounds ace and revs a lot quicker if you blip the throttle .

Akra for me, so much so that I actually bought one.
No disrespect to any other brand but my pipe seems to sit better on the bike than any other brand I've seen.
Plus another small matter of no problems if in the unlikely event of engine issues, I have the pipe fitted that BMW recommend.

Is it just me that thinks the original can sounds good? 
Mine seems plenty loud enough when I fire it up\give it some, even a mate with a loud can on his sports bike was quite surprised by it when he took my bike for a spin. Mine also pops and crackles when you shut off the throttle at town speeds in 1\2 gear....which always sounds good
I think I'll have to wait until I hear the Akro on a bike before deciding

I was surprised how 'fruity' the standard can was, I just fancied treating the bike to a bit of extra bling!
The price seemed slightly less daunting when I was shelling out for the bike at the same time, still a lot of cash though.
