just fitted headers and can on my 08 bike no doubt about it bike feels 10-15% only downside hot exhaust is catching edge of numberplate options seem to be smaller plate or move it over a bit, anybody got a better idea? thanks

It's probably running very lean, hence the hotter exhaust temperature. Get it on a dyno and have the fuelling sorted.

Hi, just bought a 04 GS 1200 with a Remus Revolution system , the owner had the same problem as you so he had a new plate made up with a 2" square cut out the bottom left corner and the 3 letters of the reg moved across.

Sorry , its 2" x 3½" , it is where the Euro Symbol would go.

thanks jmtig my plate is the same was going to get ally or stainless plate behind the plate but your idea makes more sense
