i will be getting new 1200gs in march 2006, i want to fit a remus revolution (full system) from new ,will this interfere with the panniers as i have had problems with my 1150 adv pannier frames (alloy pnniers) touching the exhaust,many thanks...

No, it'll be fine. There's more clearance between the Remus can and the BMW panniers than there is with the OE can.
