Rename existing routes on a Quest 1

I have a Quest 1 which has quite a few existing routes programmed into it which I would like to keep, but the route descriptions ie start and finishing points are not too good so I would like to rename them to make it easier to find them.
I can't seem to find out how to do this so can anyone help please in simple terms.

Download them onto your PC using mapsource....right click on each route, select properties, rename them then dump them back on the Quest
