replacement silencer

hi all

i would like to know if any one has made an adapter pipe that connects the Y piece of an r100gs to any old jap silencer?. and would be able to post any pics of them.
i am thinking of making up one but still want the pannier rails and the rear pegs fitted.
i want to do this because the replacement silencers cost way to much

Did this with a CBR 600 end can and ran the can along the top. Needs an interim connector that runs up from the Y piece. Check out MickDB1 failing that send me a PM and I'll post you some picture to work from.

i will be running the proper one til it rust out. then thinking about a way to make it up.
