Clearly not Servo ABS

To answer Jethros post. The Two flashing rectangular light have ABS and are flashing alternately. The bike just had a brand new Battery so I know Voltage is not an issue

I once repaired an ABS II by just taking it apart, pistons and so on.
Two pistons. You can see those blading nipples above them.
Not the underside mechanics.
And cleaned them up.
And put them together again.

It has worked ever since.
They were stuck.

You may have given yourself a headche for nothing

All you had to do to reset the system was to ground a wire and hold teh ABS switch down and by the sounds of it you still have too!

It's not necessarily the battery that causes the fault a worn out starter or one with the grease plate shorting out can do that

You have ABS II and have a fault code
