Replacing front brake disc bolts..

I bought new bolts and loctite243, what tourque is used on the bolts?.

if you bought the bolts from BMW you dont need the loctite. They come with a coating on them.

2004-2007 models initial setting 12Nm then 24Nm. models from aug 2007 19Nm.

I was thinking about getting a DIY zinc plating kit. But at £60 to £100 for a good one I'll manage with some new bolts every few years.

Well all done at €4.50 so they surely will last a few years, and its a 100% improvement on the look of the brake discs
