Replacing Standard BM can with Akra Can

I'm replacing a standard BMW can with a Titanium Akrapovic can, purchased from this site, my question is, is it a straight forward job because looking at the bracket where it attaches to the frame, for the standard can, looks more refined than the welded bracket attached to the Akra. Will I need some sort of rubber grommet too suppress any vibrations ? Anyone with the experience in swapping over the exhaust cans, any information would be most useful. Thanks. PS. Bike is 2012 GS 1200 TC

My Akra cans (with carbon fibre wrap around clamp) are mounted solid to the frame with no problems.

Thanks Bendy toy, mine doesn't have a wrap round clamp, the clamp is welded to the exhaust can meaning it attaches directly to the bike frame, where it's metal to metal may cause vibrations. So my question was, what if any modifications have any fellow GSERs needed to make to solve a vibration problem if one arose ?

If you are worried about it just get a rubber washer/spacer and fit it between the bracket and mounting point. Simples. My BOS system is fine fitted directly to frame.

It'll bolt straight on, I had the same set up on one of my past TC's, all is fine.

Thank you all, just didn't want to start and then find I was missing something once the old can was off.
