My girlfriends partner is trying to resize some pics from 1.4 mb to small enough to post on this site, she has windows xp and is struggling, could anyone advise please ? I will pass any onto her

Assuming the GF is using a camera which came with software, part of said software will be a photo manipulation suite, which should include re-sizing.

Use the standard 'Microsoft Office Picture Manager' if available, it is ever so easy to use

If you're really really stuffed - I could resize them for you in work as long as there's only say about 5 maximum. Please don't go too nuts and send me hundreds though, because I do have to do some work as well.

There are many image resizing programs downloadable from the net - I normally use resizer.exe
