Location
officially THE best place to live . . . . Wokingha
#2 daughter and BF are in Marrakech at the moment, staying at the Kenzi Farah which is near the Place de la Jeunesse.

She has called me to "ask your Tosser mates to recommend a good restaurant or bar in Marrakech for tonight".

Alcohol seems to be difficult to find (for some reason ) and they've been paying around £3.50 for a small bottle of beer and two straws.

Any help always appreciated!

Cheers,

Neil.

Inside the Medina beer can generaly only be found in the more expensive hotels/restaurants.
If they take a walk out of town along Avenue Mohamed V there are plenty of bars and restaurants but not really any cheap ones apart from a couple of very sleazy locals bars just off the main street. The better one of these is on Rue Mauritania which is on the left heading out of town, just past Credit du Maroc bank, still not particularly cheap though.

If any one knows any more please post em up and I'll try them next time we're there:beerjug:
