Hilarious as there's a great looking standard spec with extras on here for just over £3k... 
That's the lovely thing with "specials"... Take off the best bits, tart it up a bit and want 2-3 times the cash...

Then totally rebuilt. But by who ?? And why ?
DIY job makes it a worth half what it was worth they turned a spanner. Ticking time bombs in my experience.
Worth £5000-£6000 if the work is verified and professional. Worth £3000 if the guy learned everything on Youtube.
Why spend an insane amount on a "dream bike" and then just sell it ?
And he's reset the odometer to 0. And probably powder coated over the VIN...

yet another bike where someone is trying to recoup all their investment in a bike ... it ain't happening.
if it was done back to stock , you'd have half a chance .
go and do a couple of K mls on it to knock out the faults , then try selling it.

Looks like someone who fancies themselves as a bike builder. Or bike build "manager"
If the guy has paid everyone to do the work professionally, you can see where the money has been spent. And then he's adding another few grand for himself. But that doesn't translate into value..
There is only so much value you can add to a bike with power coat, paint,polish and bolt ons.
Both of those bikes asking price are about 50% more than it would cost to do it yourself. If you don't figure in the breaking and rebuilding.
I've built a lot of bikes. I know the time that goes into it is IMMENSE. But no one really wants to pay for that time when it comes to resale.
I live about a mile from the seller and none of the houses where the EBay listing photos were taken match each other or where he or she is located. The architecture and stone isn’t used up here. Looks like Englandshire, not West Glasgow to me.
