Hi Guys just about to order a R1200GS Triple Black, Ive been away from bikes for a few years (last one being 2008 12OOGS) , should I expect that BMW have sorted out the "problems" with the GS12 now its 2011? ta guys....
A lot of the problems have been sorted (fpc etc) but a few more have raised their heads (drive shafts)....
....however generally they seem isolated problems in relation to the amount sold, so I'd just get on and enjoy your new bike.
One change you will notice is the new engine....it's a beauty!

Mines arriving 1st March [Triple Black] too.
I've heard the wheel rims are only paint finish though, hope they stand up to a bashing !

Welcome back to the fold, Saw one of the Triple Blacks at Astles, looked nice but having had Adventure with wire wheels I yearn for the ease of cleaning alloys!!!
As to worry about problems, +1 to the chill out and ride answer.
Two years warranty has that base covered even if there is the odd hiccup!
