I'm looking to get fully kitted out (bike, clothing etc) come Feb 2010, so am looking @ a whole host of things on the site.

As far as jacket & tousers go, I saw the Revit range @ the NEC show a couple of times, and it appears to be superb kit, which fits really well.

Just wondered if anyone owns this kit and could provide me with some decent feedback on this kits performance, durability, useability etc.

Cheers:clap

Welcome to the site.

I've had my Cayenne Pro for approaching two years now and used it frequently during that time. For the money, I think it's excellent stuff. The only problems I've had has been the trousers leaking on a couple of occasions when I've ridden for a few hours in torrential rain and I don't trust the pockets to be waterproof. That being said, the trousers haven't leaked every time I've ridden in that kind of weather some it might be I wet myself and didn't realise.

Perhaps the best indicator of how much I like the Rev It is the fact that I also have a Hein Gericke Master V which was nearly twice the price and is also an excellent suit but I still find myself reaching for the Cayenne Pro even in the middle of winter.

If you're only going to get one suit to get you through all four seasons, the Rev It can't be far off the best for the money. Yes, there are suits that are better, but they generally cost a lot more, and whilst the Rev It has it's faults, it generally does everything well.

That's my view, no doubt someone will come along shortly with a completely different opinion.

Tim
