For sale is my immaculate Ribble AL e Hero electric Gravel bike. It's a size M (I think!!, nothing on the order or frame itself to tell me), I'm 5' 10" and it fits me perfectly.
It's 2 years old and has hardly been out on the road let alone seen gravel! For the last 18 months it's lived in my office with the battery left at 60% charge and regularly topped up.
It's got a Shimano GRX 1x11 groups and Di2 electronic shifting for smooth consistent gear changes. The motor is in the rear hub and is quiet and gives just a little nudge when you come to hills, feels like you are riding a normal bike. When you reach the 15mph assist level you don't notice the loss of E assistance like you do on some bikes as it's overall weight is low.
A great bike for our crappy roads and gravel trails
I'm reluctantly selling as shortly after I bought it I was diagnosed with BPH and cycling was causing all sorts of urinary issues hence the current seat to try and alleviate those problems. I've kidded myself I'll be able to ride it again but my urologist says otherwise
This bike cost £3450 new, it's depressing me having to look at it every day so I want it gone. Bargain at £1200
