16 days and still not got it. asked for my 6 quid back now

bugger of it is, i had a good read through a copy at Chester train station while i was waiting for someone

Similar story here, still not got my copy, they replied to my e-mail stating delivery could take up to 28 days, clowns

I ordered a copy on the 12th as well - still not here.
Been phoning roughly each week since the order to chase it, and was told allow 28 days for delivery.
Today I was told 'another' one would be sent out and to allow 7-10 days for it to arrive - but they couldn't confirm the date it would be posted. They were able to say they had stock in though.
And each time I called they would ask me if I wanted to receive further mailings of things they thought I might find interesting - told them where to shove that idea.

It took 3 weeks for mine to arrive (ordered through website link posted) - looked in Smiths etc., but never saw one

i have asked them to refund my cash as i don't think the promised replacement will arrive. never mind, it's only a two bit mag. so not important

The sad thing is that it's a really good issue with plenty of routes and if you can get hold of a copy, I doubt if you would be disappointed. I'm sure RIDE will be having a few words with the distributers.

Why do so many people prefer to order off the internet and deal with postage/delivery problems nowadays rather than use a bit of shoe leather and keep their local store in business. I tried Sainsburys whilst getting a few bits for my mum who is very ill in hospital , they didn't have it. Walked into WHSmiths and several copies on shelf, job done.
I phoned a mate who originally told me about the mag 3weeks ago to thank him as its a good read . He had ordered online and he still hasn't seen his copy so he couldn't comment

How about......not available in news stands where I live so ordered online, it's not rocket science is it, customer pays and then supplier ships to customer, at least that's how it's supposed to work.....ain't hindsight a wonderful thing

in a case such as this it is easy to call it foresight with the benefit of hindsight. anyhow, with the benefit of hindsight i wish i had gone into Wrexham and picked a copy up now as it doesn't look as though i'm going to get one through the post.
i am told that another copy was ordered for me on the 28th. and to allow up to 28 days for delivery; they were telling me 14 days previously
