After another great ride out in Wales this past weekend I thought I'd map out another route but in a different direction this time. Heading South, South-West down the north side of the Severn Estuary then over the bridge and back up the south side followed by a ride through the Cotswolds via Stroud and finishing in Stratford upon Avon.

Date/time: Sunday 21st October, meet at 08:45 for 09:00 departure.
Route: Strensham - Lydney - Chepstow - Stroud - Cirencester - Burford - Bourton on the Water - Stow on the Wold - Chipping Norton - Shipston on Stour - Stratford Upon Avon (approx 150 miles).
Meeting point: M5 Strensham Services (southbound between junctions 7 and 8) BP garage forecourt

As before, all welcome but bimble mode will be the form. Speedheads need not apply :) (speedypete excepted of course).

Garmin GPS route attached (please download if you can as I really don't want to lead another ride out from start to finish).

Another fine day out - nice previously unexplored places with nice people oh, and some dandy camera work too chaps.

I'm sorry to inform that the remote control from my camera decided to have a day off resulting in precisely zero content from my 250 miles. Grrrreat

Great to see you again Pete. Glad you enjoyed the ride out. Sorry I couldn't arrange for better weather. The first part of the ride out along the banks of the Severn would have been much more enjoyable had we been able to actually see the river. Take my word for it, it was there, in the fog.
By the way, check out the Severn Bore here: http://youtu.be/IKA39LQOIck

That's a shame because I was particularly looking forward to seeing the output from your helmet mounted cam as I'm thinking of going down that road myself. Am finding that fixed mounts on the bike are too limiting.
Will try and choreograph some fancy overtaking and being overtaken footage on the next ride out. What are your wheelies like? :D
