Off for a ride out tomorrow North yorks, moors, whitby etc. Not got a particular route in mind, just off for a blast. I`ve recently bought a new( new to me anyway) gs lc which has sat in the garage for two weeks unused due to family stuff so just want to get out anywhere, I aint bovvered where.
Will be calling at seaways 8.30 to 9ish for a brew if anybody wants to join me.

I have to do a few jobs in the morning but hopefully free around lunchtime. I'll pm you my number.

Ayup Steve I will join you for a brew at seaways or a breakfast actually! I won't be there until 9 though 8:30 is still bedtime!!!

See ya there
I am setting off now, going the long way round just like ewan and charlie. Proper hardcore gs stuff:D

Had a good day out Steve, cheers

Hi Chris, pity you couldnt make it but no doubt there will be other days-- me and Shaun have both got the offroad bug now. Just a little track he said, not too difficult he said, one or two rocky bits:green gri.. You probably know it anyway, Rudland rigg--Ten miles across the moors with a series of rock steps at the end....Your input for us two off road novices would have been useful but we made it through without any scratches.:thumb2

Dont know where your pics were taken but will hazard a guess at somewhere darn sarf near the New Forest.

If I'm not mistaken it's the outer Hebrides, not exactly sure where though :D:D

You couldn't be further away, north uist, the western isle's, nothing as nice as that darn sarf..

Yes nice trail but the 1200 could be a handful at the northern end, me and jb do a lot of trail riding in the north York moors and yorkshire dales, you could join the TRF and make a contribution and join us on some rides.

They were a bit of a handful really on the rocks. Worse bit was when there was nowhere to plant our feet and stop it going sideways, or when the cylinders were wider than the gap in the rocks.
Bloody brilliant bit of kit though, absolutely loving this one. The power and handling are fantastic plus and I find it comfier than the RT.
